In (1), you forgot the soured cream!. Warmed blini, & caviar needs soured cream!.
I think it makes a grand lunch, although, I use lumpfish roe not the pukka stuff, washed down with something lightly chilled, sitting beside a river on a lovely day!. Fabulous!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
