I don't think people deliberately set out to have accidents, but I think they exaggerate small ones to claim compensation!.
A slight knock on the knee becomes an excruciating pain which means they are unable to walk!.
A jolt in the car gives them terrible whiplash!.

Unfortunately, I think some people do have 'accidents' on purpose so they can gain by claiming compensation!. I personally know of two people who 'arranged' to have medical retirement from work to gain a much higher pension etc!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
