only once, i hit a wee kid that ran on the road after her dog, luckily i saw her going between the two parked cars and started to brake, i never managed to stop in time and hit her,she was taken to hospital andher mother phoned me later and told me she's fine,,, and i wasn't drinking,, but i got a real shock!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Yes, it's a bit scary!.
I was driving home from a nightclub with a young man I had known for at least an hour!.
I had only had my first car for 10 days and I had a developed the habit of not putting the lights on while driving at night!.
The police stopped me on a dual carriageway and insisted I got in the back of their police car!.
I was mortified, being breathalysed (even though I hadn't drunk a drop of alcohol), while 'my' young man looked on in sympathy!. I was all of a dither when I was allowed back in my car!.
My new friend did not get a kiss that night, 'cause I was in no fit state to be wooed!
PS I was asked to present my documents at the police station and when I attended, I was just about to hand them over, when a rather nice young police officer said 'I'll deal with this' - he was the person who had stopped me!
I couldn't help telling how embarrassed I was, he said 'People like you don't need to worry' - it was a very special moment and I will never forget his words!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

He had his Nav Sat on, but typical man he didn't even want to take directions from a GPS!.
So we got lost and eventually pulled over!.
The cop thought he was drunk because of the goat in the passenger seat!

Yes one time!. I ran a stop sign one time and they pulled me over!.
When he asked me if I had been drinking I replied "if i were drinking I would have stopped at the stop sign" LOL
