all male easier as did when worked in London, well was me and my pal in office but alot easier than working with all women and the constant gossipying, talking about "she said this and that blaa blaa blaa"

i work in an all-female environment and there is no backstabbing at all,but it's the first place i have known it to be like this!we do occasionally get male staff in to work with us,but i think they feel ok about working with an all women team! :-)Www@Enter-QA@Com
I would rather all women !.!. I tend to get on wit them better as Men hate the fact I have a few stories etc that they can't match !.!.!.!.!.!. and the whole macho thing gets kinda dull !.!. plus from experience of all women places of work they don't tend to be too bad if they get on wellWww@Enter-QA@Com

a mixture of both is good,but all male is good too!.i have done both and both nice,id rather work on my own but in a social situation!.too many woman together can be a bit clicky,not being mean its just what i know from experiance!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
