it depends on what kind of mood i am in!.
If i am already annoyed by something then a ticking clock isn't going to help!.
But if i had a good day and i am in a good mood then yes it is relaxing!.

I have 2 in my bedroom & funnily enough asked myself that question this morning lol & the answer is i don't even notice the ticking as i'm so used to it so it must be relaxing for me:)Www@Enter-QA@Com

A ticking clock makes an empty house seem occupied!. It is very soothing to hear it ticking when you come home after a hard day's work!.
