I used to do that !.!.!. a lot!. Then I "adopted" a family to help one of their sons through five years of University!. I also helped the oldest son with his personal and financial issues!. Then I started helping the two younger sisters and the four foster sisters!.
The mother became my best friend and helped me get through a very ugly and expensive separation!. She had been there and done that and was happily remarried!. She promised me that I would start being really happy again within 1 1/2 years!. Yes, almost exactly to the day I woke up very happy and I have been growing happier since!.
The secret to happiness is getting outside of "SELF" and "EGO" and thinking about and doing things for others!. There is the most incredible joy that arises from within when you do good things for others!. They appreciate me and really love me!. They demonstrate it in many ways too numerous to list!.
I went to their cottage a week ago; and, yes I missed being with them this weekend!. I missed them because I love them all so very much!. But, it is not "sad loneliness"!. It is joyful missing them!. I know for certain that they are always there for me and they often visit me!. And, there will be many good times in the future!.
Anticipating the future good times, which are always better than the last good times keeps the loneliness and sadness at bay!.
I do understand!. And, believe me when I say that I do know as well!. You have my heartfelt sympathy!. Try to find other less fortunate people to do things for!. Volunteer and it will bring you great joy and friends!. You have to find a way to get "out of your SELF" and into being with and about "OTHERS"!.

The ability to cry, is a very special ability! i wish i could, whenever i should, but the fact is, i would not (sigh!)! Happily, there were occasions when i wept from sad moments, and found relief from the ability to cry(weep)!Www@Enter-QA@Com
yaa i will cry,then will get fine but then again start crying lol but you know whenever u miss someone or feel lonely,just ask your heart that what is the need to miss someone!? we miss someone when that person is away from us,but the ones whom we are missing,int inside our heart only!? then!.!.what is the need to miss them when they are with you only!

Yes, When i am emotionally hurt very badly, when i cannot control myself, I go and lock up in my room and cry to get relived from pain!. but I never cried front of people!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
