What do you think is better a long or short term memory?!

I think that both are somewhat equal!. But if I had to chose I would PROBABLY choose long term, because usually the people who care about you the most are the ones you've known the longest!.!.!.!.!.however you would miss out on a lot of new and exciting things!. :-( this reminds me of 50 first dates (the movie)!. Intresting question!. I am going to have to see which one is more important by the popular vote!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

long term i had a heart attack and died was brought back as you can see but one of the effects was losing oxygen to my brain which in turn as effected my short term memory but i would much rather have it this way and remember long term i am 49 and have 3 daughter 27;25;23 and would much rather remember all those instead of day to day thingsWww@Enter-QA@Com

i think it would be better to have a long term memory because of course you may not want to remember the bad stuff but in the end, without knowing or remembering them we wouldn't be able to be who we are today!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

unless you have some sort of life-threatening illness!.!.!.!.in that case i'd prefer short term so it wouldnt be on my mind all the time and i could live life normallyWww@Enter-QA@Com
