Your body needs fat and a bit of sugar!. You need to eat good fats and avoid bad fats!. Good fats are found in olive oils, certain fish, nuts, etc!. Without fat your skin will be dry and leathery, and your hair will become brittle!. Your body needs sugar but natural sugars like what you get from fruits!. Avoid processed sugar!.
AVOID anything that comes in a box and has the words FAT FREE or SUGAR FREE plastered across the front!. These are processed foods full of chemicals and are terrible for you!. To make a product fat free you are basically creating a fake food and most nutrients are lost!. Sugar free means they've used harmful sugar substitutes such as aspartame!.
Edited to add: We do NOT all need a little of trans fat!. Trans fat is one of the most harmful chemicals a person can ingest!. I cannot even believe someone would say we all need a little trans fat!! Trans fat is worse for you than saturated fat!. It not only raises your bad cholesterol but lowers your good!. Plus, it is linked to cancer and other disease!. Your body does need fat but NON-saturated fat from the foods I already listed!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I eat/drink more things that are sugar-free due to less calories; however, it has been recommended to me to avoid the sugarless stuff b/c of the chemical they use!. And that fat free products are better for my cardiovascular system!.
