My boss insults me constantly- good naturedly, of course- about how much people talk to me when on the phone or if I visit a client!. They are always telling me to speed it up but I find out so much about the people that work for us and the clients that really helps us all do a better job so I basically ignore them and keep on listening!Www@Enter-QA@Com
