This was a few years back now but I still cringe every time I think about it!. When I was younger (like 13 or something) I particiapted in St!. John Cadets and we'd practice drill, marching yadda yadda yadda!.!.!. well anyway I was invited to participate in a regional competition (I was NOT good by the way - I was still new to all this stuff and I really had no hope in chance to win) but I went anyway with a few others from my section!. Of course I screwed up but the judges were kind enough not to say anything!. Well at the end of the competition there was prizegiving and a hundred or so people were there for it!. When they were awarding the prizes (this was a very formal event - everyone who had participated were there standing in rows at attention) I was surprised to hear my name called out in third place (now I didn't know that there at only been three people who had participated in my particular group and so when I'd thought I got a placing - no I hadn't I had been 3 out of 3)!. Now as normal prizegivings go, there are three awards given - obviously to first place, second place and third place so I was like "Mean! I get a prize!"!.!.!. Well no, I didn't know that only the first place got a prize and as I marched (albeit awkwardly) behind the first place person to the stage I heard a hiss and as I turned my head my Division Manager from my section was shaking his head furiously and that when I knew I had made a BIG blunder!. I turned, my face as bright red as a beetroot and marched awkwardly back into my place in the row!. And when I heard my name again (in thrid place once more) I hung my head and didn't move!. You can't imagine how embarrasing that was and fortunately the people in my division were kind enough not to say anything and the incident was forgotten (or so I would have liked to think)!.
The fact that I had marched out in front of a hundred people when I shouldn't have will always make me cringe whenever I think of it!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

wow!. I have several!. either when I was at Starbuck's once and I took someone else's drink at first and actually opened the lid and was about to put something in it or when my cell phone went off in class and you usually get suspended for that (I didn't thankfully)!.

when i was in 3rd grade i want to an assembly and both me feet fell asleep!. when it was over i stood up to leave and i fell and tripped over this kid!. My whole class saw! but my friends stood by me and most of them are still my friend today!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
