Whenever such a feeling starts spreading inside of me, I try to focus really hard on the things I do own and treasure!. This is a good start to stop gloomy thoughts!. Focusing on the smallest and simplest but nice things that surround me, that I own, that I feel, give the spark for the fire of optimism!. And then, I realize that there is no world that can exclude me of anything that matters, really matters to me!. This, is a happy feeling!. What counts for me, belongs to me and this is more than enough!.

The world has become so complicated and there are so many horror stories about what people are doing to their children plus a war that is destroying America, that I have chosen to exclude most of the world around me!. In fact, I have created an emotional "safety zone" for myself in order to survive!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
