it would be attempted murder because i would deny everything
I did not die i changed my mind and put blanks in the gun and called the cops myself and he went to jail and killed me later and went back to jail but i wasn`t really dead but my family got the insurance money!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I suppose you mean he got the job done and you were dead!. I'd call it murder with slightly attenuating circumstances, but still murder!. I don't think a hit man would take such a job, anyway!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
