Question: Are there lots of immigrants where you live!?
Do you think it's good for the UK that these people are coming here!? or is it a bad thing that you don't agree with!? I must say that I'm amazed at the amount of people who've came to my town in the past 10 years, it has been quite simply staggering the influx!. Or if you're an immigrant have you been made to feel welcome in the UK!? is it a good place to live!?

Yes there are a lot, it's a bit of a ghetto about a mile down the road!. It's not great for things like the schools and the hospital (a lot having big families) as they have little/no English!.
I agree with the driving thing!. My neighbours are immigrants (unusual in my street) and drive around in cars that have been bought at auction and look like insurance write-offs!. The one they are driving at the moment has a broken windscreen - not just a chip but cracked like a spider's web!. That can't be legal!.
On the plus side, at least a lot of the immigrants in my area are families!. They are living in horrible accomodation that would probably otherwise be used as hostels for drug addicts, drunks, pedophiles and ex-convicts!. So I suppose there's that to be thankful for!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I wish there were more foreigners where I live instead of the freeloading council estate yobs that I do live in between!. (my place is ex council) nothing against the english, just these ones!.
I'm a south african, and I get plenty respect and welcome, but am never really made to feel like i really belong!. maybe it's just my perception cos I know I'd be a little annoyed if I had this many foreigners in my country (which I do and there's a whole bloody mess in SA at the mo)!.!. also, I am from a third world country, so i guess people assume I didn't get a decent education, which is funny cos we have one of the best education systems!.!. without all the beaureaucracy of the UK
also it really annoys me when i other immigrants taking the piss by causing trouble, joining gangs and claiming benefits!. There should be a law that you can only claim benefits if you're 4th or 5th generation british!.!. or instead of passports, hand out a sort of permission to stay AND WORK!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes there are!. It's a mixed bag of good and bad - good because they tend to do all of the sh!t jobs that no British person wants to do, bad because - and don't shoot the messenger here, I'm talking from personal experience and what I see on a daily basis - lots of immigrants don't seem to know the rules of the road here, lots never learn to speak English and don't integrate!. I believe (and the same would apply to me if I was to emigrate) that people who emigrate should adapt to the customs and laws of the country they move to and not expect that country to change to accommodate them!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
My parents were Irish immigrants into London in 1970, I was born and raised in a largely London suburban community with Indian, Afro Caribean and Irish immigrants!.
Now I'm an immigrant in Singapore and feel very welcome by the people here!. Far better than my parents were treated when they arrived in England!.

Theres loads of them although not in the area where I actually live thank god, its amazing to find someone English now! I live in Southampton and theres alot of Polish, that now all our newsagents are being taken over by Polish food shops which I think is stupid, theyre also taking our jobs away from us and just being a nuisance here!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
i dont mind them if they come to work and support themselves however i dont like it when they come to our country just to claim benefits!! there arent a lot of them near me however where my fiances gran stays there is thousands, and i meean thousands!! they look at us funny when we walk down the street coz we are white!!
