Well I have been, as a part of my hypnosis training, and also at times in my day to day life!.
A state of hypnosis is nothing more than a heighten state of concentration!. We all do this in our day to day living!. Ever lost track of time!? State of hypnosis!. Ever daydreamed!? State of hypnosis!. Ever been "in the zone" while doing sports, games, or even homework!? State of hypnosis!. Ever been driving and arrived somewhere before you realized you arrived!? State of hypnosis!.
For for everyone, it is already a very familiar state to be in!.
As to why!? It's a very pleasant and enjoyable state to be in!. You not under anyone "control" when you are in a state of hypnosis!. Your not going to do anything that would go against your will, morals, etc!. It's not mind control!. It's just a highly focused state of concentration!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
