You obviously don't open them right b/c there IS a section on the return envelope where you can adhese it back together!.

I have never had to use scotch tape to send a netflix dvd back!. Next time you get one, look at the front of the envelope and look for the side that says open here in a yellow bubble!. When you're ready to return it, you won't have to put tape again!. The envelope they provide already has glue on it to seal!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
