I just find them a great punk rock band from the past and many more years to come!. They are WAYY better than terrible bands like Pink Floyd and Nirvana!. Green Day just makes you want to dance and rock hard core! chyeah!.

Hahaha!!! They play three chords!.!.!.!. dum dee doo!.!.!.!.!. wow! A seven year old could play their songs!. And as for them being a punk band!? Who is their label again!? Oh right, Warner Bros!. Records!. Warner Bros!. you know, the people who make Bug Bunny!. Sooo punk! Man, Bugs is hard core!. As for Pink Floyd and Nirvana, their music was ground breaking!. Ok, well maybe not Nirvana so much, but Pink Floyd certainly was!. You weren't around then, so I can see how you can't appreciate it!. But Green Day is a rip off band!. They simply followed in the footsteps of real ground breakers like The Clash, Sex Pistols, The Ramones, Buzzcocks!. Bands that really had something to say, and said it loud, hard, and with passion!. their early work was!.!.!. passable!. but now that they've become completely mainstream, they've taken a somewhat "pop-punk" turn (well, what would've been considered pop-punk in the late 80's, early 90's!.!.!.)!.
now it seems like all the emotional, angsty 13 year olds listen to their music as a last attempt to individualize themselves!.
except i think My Chemical Romance is the new Green Day!.
