quite right although it penalises the decent people (i presume its going up to 21)!. so someone aged 20 and drinks responsibly is punished because of some chavs who cant handle their drink!. basically its the govt taking the easy and cheapest option, it would make more sense to punish the wrong-doers but that would be more expensive!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Most shops in Yorkshire ask that people look 21 before they'll serve them with alcohol already!.
