I guess they are asking for a little politeness!.!.!. I personally think this statement should be where you see the avatar information because 99% of the time I don't go over to their 360 profile to look at it!.!.!.As this is where the statement is located!.!.!.!. I base adding someone on their questions and answers and not where they are from, their likes and dislikes or what they look like!.!.!.!.
I think I have been very lucky and have not added anyone that had such a statement!.!.!. I don't have the time to always go over and look at someones 360 profile and why should I have to unless I have other motives than to just ask and answer questions!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It is because many of us who have been here for a while have been trolled and had various RESOLVED Q&A's reported on previous accounts!. Some of us are pretty tired of having accounts suspended because of jerks who have nothing better to do with their time!. We have to be selective of who we let become our contacts!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Hey C*! All I ask is that they email first!. Why!? I had fans that turned out to be enemies!. One person made many accounts just to keep reporting my questions!. I think you know I like having friends and am not mean!. I just don't like people connecting for no reason, which many do!.
It's becoming common manners to just ask if it's okay to add someone before doing that!. It doesn't mean we're rude or unfriendly!. It just means we're more cautious now!.

I don't want to be "added" by someone I have nothing in common with, sometimes their friends are not very nice!.

Because we need to see and get to know people before we allow them on our network!. Been there done that!. Got suspended once before by trolls!.
Need to block them so they don't scan my questions and answer so they can stalk and report just to satisfy their warp moralless minds!.
