If it's one in a corner shop and the owner has to pay the electricity for running it (most likely!) then I can understand a small charge, but it should be really small not ￡1!.50+!.
Banks should never charge, even if you aren't a customer there (sometimes there's no branch of my bank around), especially not these days when electronic transactions are supposed to be so quick and easy!Www@Enter-QA@Com

I know, its really harsh!. Why should we pay to get our hard earned money out, however, i do understadn why they are doing it!. Every business has got to make money and you will find that it is the smaller companies that do it!.
Although, i have found that if you go to the cinema or somewhere where they dont have cash machines, hotels, travel stations, themeparks etc!. The blasted Link machines are everywhere!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com

If there's no free ones then go for the cashback option!. Stores get charged to bank their cash, so they don't like it - cashback saves them bank charges!.

Its ridiculous!. I don't have a credit card yet or debit but whenever my mom tries to get cash out from the mall I always see that it charges!.
In banks they don't charge though so thats good!.
