Take all their alcoholic owner's beer (or white cider, whatever their favourite tipple is) and feed it to the dogs!. The dogs will be so pissed they'll either pass out and fall asleep thus keeping silent, or they will get alcohol poisoning and die!. Either way, you'll get a good night's sleep!. :-)Www@Enter-QA@Com
oh our neighbours have a dog like that, the neighbour living on the other side to them told them about the dog and they replied what can we do!? it's a dog! so that's wat they did: they, turned on music on full blast at 4am!. When that dog owner complained about the music, the other neighbour said, shut ur dog up and we will shut the music up!. Believe it or not the dog was quiet since!Www@Enter-QA@Com
