People will get on to you and report you if you ask the same question several times in a row especially in the same category!.
To keep under the radar, limit any question to 2 times (3 max in rare circumstances) and post them in different categories (for different results)!. also make sure you put at least 10 minutes between posting as you don't want your avatar to show up twice on a summary page with the same question!.
There is a saved query I run (which is basically like your own custom virtual category) and saw this person who posted the same violation candidate question 6 times to 6 different categories!. Nobody would have seen this behavior as he didn't have contacts or open Q&A!. I answered one and probably put a "try not to" message on another but given the multitudes of violations (multi-posting, attempted drug trafficking, letting minors know how to get drugs, poor spelling & grammar, TXT speech, no good avatar picture and not the least bit humouroius) I just couldn't let this guy go on without a little slap in the wrist!. At least no in MY category!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

If you are reported for doing so, and if the Yahoo! Answers police acknowledges it, yes you can!. It's clearly stated in the guidelines under Misusing Answers!.!.!. "and don’t post the same question over and over again"Www@Enter-QA@Com
