I think his name must be Marty and that he's a really sad charachter who should get a life!. Personally, I wouldn't even bother blocking him anymore, he's not worth that effort!.

I would report it and ask why they can't do anything about it!. If that fails I would just ignore him and put your profile on secret, so no one can look into it!.
