I've seen some posts on here from people saying that he shouldn't be in jail, or that his term (8 months) is too long!. I personally think he should have gotten years!.

I agree with you!. If I was driving or someone else I would be in prison!. He's crying because he's in a jail get over it!. Nick put himself in jail!. Nick can talk to his family that poor boy can't open his eyes!. Nick is only getting special treatment because his dad is famous!. That's bullshit!.

I totally agree with you and think he only got 8 months because of who his father is!.!.!.and it's really a shame!.!.!.he almost killed his friend and Nick and his family are boo-hooing over a bs 8 month stint!?
