I have found over the years that I went from Milk Chocolate to White Chocolate!. I do not like the semi sweetness of Dark Chocolate!. also I have many friends that break out if they eat any chocolate (dark, milk) but when I gave them White chocolate they were fine!. Some times even the chocolate made with carob powder can cause people to break out!.
I use white chocolate especially during the Christmas holiday season in making white chocolate covered mini-pretzels, Peppermint Bark, Hay Stacks, Coated Chex Mix Stacks, and I also use Butterscotch Bark to split-coat cookies and other stuff!. It rally makes it look very festive!. I have used chocolate as well, but generally only the White, Milk and Butterscotch types for coating or decoration!.
So, White Chocolate is my favorite I also use White and Dark Chocolate when I heat them up in a Fondue or Hot Chocolate fountain for dipping Strawberries and other fruit at a Wine Tasting Party at times!. The Fountains are the best as it does not scorch the Chocolate and it can be used at least twice that way then the remainder you have to use for Candy or some other topping/coating!.

Milk chocolate, definitely!. Dark chocolate I can't stand, it's just too strong, especially the 70%+ stuff!. Yuk!
