Busy or not so busy, any person should brush their teeth at least twice a day!. Once in the morning and once at night!. If you are prone to cavities or have a diet high in sugar(complex or otherwise) and/or starch, it should be more often!. It's strongly recommended to brush after eating high sugar or starch(rice, etc) to prevent cavities!.
Don't forget about flossing either it is just as important!. My office recommends rinsing with listerine in addtion to all of the above to assist in good oral hygiene!.
In addition, you should have a professional cleaning at least twice a year(some people need it even more depending on their gum health and/or dental hygiene)!.
Just think, A bright, clean smile can help in all areas of your life from your professional to your personal life!. It's worth the 8 minutes a day!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

it matters what u eat and what u use to brush, i use sensitive toothpaste and brush about 4 times, after meals and teas or coffee, 2 would be good enough once after breakfast and one before sleep!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
