people feeling overworked and underpaid!. Supervisors who stand over them and watch them and treat them like children!. A job that doesn't require much skill that people get bored with!. Co-worker who are gossipy and backstabbers!. It's hard to say without knowing what the company is like!. Just try to imagine the ideal conditions you would want to work under and figure out how it's different in a place with high turnover!. I think most people work best with the least amt!. of supervision!. You don't want someone standing over you all the time or telling you that you were two minutes late from break!. If a person is doing his or her job well, that petty stuff shouldn't be an issue!. If someone isn't getting the work done, then that issue should be dealt with separately, not by being petty toward everyone!. If you treat employees with respect and thoughtfulness, you get a lot more out of them in the long run!. Employers should be flexible about giving people time off for emergencies!. Sometimes in a job where there are employees who aren't very skilled, you find supervisors who are petty tyrants !. They are people who are never going to move any higher than they already are and like to throw their power around!. Nobody wants to work for someone like that!. Sometimes there are no higher jobs for people to move up to so that can be a reason for high turnover!. If people are over-worked they definately won't stick around!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

All the places I have worked with high turnover is low pay according to the job market, mean spirited bosses, or bosses that do not lead and put all the work on a few whil ignoring the lazy ones!.

They are quick to point out employees mistakes whil making even more mistakes than the employees and have a high and mighty attitude!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
