For me I would say drinking alcohol, I know what it is like to dpend on drink and binge drinking, especially if you are having a bad time, it can be really hard, especially when you are alone!. I would advice anyone if they eve have a drink problem to get involved with alcoholics anomynous and drink line!.
Smoking can be impossible as wel, onceyou start you really can't stop!.
Yelling and cursing is part of life, I think it would be hard but the hardset for me would be drinking!. I would have no fun at all!.

I don't smoke, but I know people who smoke who have stopped, so based on what I have witnessed, I would say that smoking is the most difficult to give up!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
