Question: Do you have a good boss!?
My whole working life i've done nothing but sterling work (20 years) i'm multi-skilled never late or off sick, in my job i'm a sorta free range type trouble shooter for building sites!. The last job/site i was on (which isn't even finished) twice the foreman has been told by the big boss to pay me off but the foreman never told me! My agency told me, i thought he was a decent fella after the 1st time i put it down to his Nativity 2nd time i put it down to his having no balls, on Friday after i got paid off again! he's just a gutless ars'elick any other site i've been on the site manager or foreman has told me to my face!. I keep my distance from other workers and bosses, while he was raking about gobshittin with the others while i was doing what i was paid to do!. Yeah so he's a good laugh easy to work with but he's no man! So do you have a good boss!?, if so please give details or if he/she is a wanker/C word please give extra details!. My boss is pretty decent but never there always on the golf course ! He has always been great with me since i have worked for him for 12 years now and always give people a chance even if they should have been fired for stealing ! But every job has its bad part !.!.!.he will work with my hours no problem since i have 2 kids but when it comes to getting a raise well that's a whole different story and his temper is very short even for situation where you were not at fault !
