Wheelchair Shaun!. He was (obviously) in a wheelchair and used to (and still does) sit outside Morrison's asking people to go in for him and buy him a bottle of Frosty Jack's cider because he is barred for been a nuisance!.

Mad Mary, she wore a purple coat, a big sunhat and illuminous trainers, yellow and orange 1 of each, she always walks up and down a main road in my town!.
and in Southend on Sea, Essex, England and theres a man called Penny Picker Steve, he walks around with a bucket thats been taped up with brown parcel tape and he collects all the change that he finds, people throw pennies for him and he chases them, apparently he collects the pennies for charity, but no one knows if he does it for charity or himself!.

we didnt have a tramp as such but we had some pretty locally infamous guys, theres mad rus, a crazy guy that walks dogs for miles (when the dogs are tired amd can hardly walk any more he is still going and trying to drag them along lol) and the there was mad charley who just paces up and down street corners scaring school girls!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Teabag!. Funnily, he is actually rather rich, but after helping out the tramps in his fathers basement, he sort of became one!. He is the nicest guy ever, one time someone had lost their wallet, and he walked 20miles to give it back to the guy, it had an address in it!.
