Question: I'm thinking of renting 1 of my spare bedrooms out !?
I'm tired of living alone and intend renting a spare bedroom out but I don't know what type of person to advertise for !?
1) Young woman - Lots of her girly friends around all the time!.
2) Young man - Could be my pulling partner but could be competition if he was good looking!.

Rent it out to a professional person who loves going out and seeing the world!. Likes stamp collecting and reading about Jade Goodys exam results!. I do not think that you will get many applicants!. Just put at the end serial killers on day release need not apply!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
You would need to advertise the room and then select the most likely ones that apply and interview them!. Your advert should make it clear that you are a man living alone as this might influence the applicants!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
it doesn't really matter as long as they work alot, you hardly ever see them, they clean up after themselves and pay rent on timeWww@Enter-QA@Com
