I know everyone is probably thnking you're crazy, but it's more common than you think!. A lot of people hear voices!. Idk about your foot!. What is it that you dread the most anyways!? Usually when you hear voices, you only hear, you never see!. So maybe this is a halloucination!. Idk what to tell you!.
