it means you not getting anything accomlished,,,what you are doing is futle,,,need to try a diiferent way of doing what ever you are trying to do!.!.!.try whistling in to a fan,,you ll see that s it s very hard to get wind to come out of your mouth as a whistle,,,Www@Enter-QA@Com
