It depends on the children!. I would raise it for some, lower it for others!. That's why No Child Left Behind is a stupid law, because some children with mental or learning disabilities simply CAN NOT learn as much or as fast as average or smart children!. That causes the schools to spend more money on the children that probably will end up working in McDonald's or a factory someday, instead of focusing on the kids that could make a big difference in the world someday!. If you're getting A's in school, they ignore you, but if you're getting D's, they can't stop paying attention to you!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
The US needs to raise the bar!. It is a constant source of amazement to me that the average American believes what our government and the media is telling them!. It is also amazing that our youth has not had an adequate education for many years!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
