Question: How do feel about the new Cell phone law!?
In California a law has been passed that bans the use of Cell phones while driving!. If you are 18 you are able to use a hands free headset but only if you are 18 and over!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I also live in California and I think this is a good law!. To many people while driving and talking on there cells have cause some bad accidents because they are to Damn busy talking to their friends and not watching how they are driving!.
I had someone go over the line in town while on their cell and miss me by a hair!.!. High Five for whoever came up with this law My Friend!.

I think it's a good law!. Cause everytime I'm driving and I nearly get into an accident, it's always caused by a person who talks on a cell phone and they continue to drive not realizing they nearly got into a accident!.

It's stupid because you can still text and dial numbers!. The headset blocks my hearing - is that better to drive that way!?

I like it! They should have made it tougher, though! First offense!.!.!.!.$1000 fine/loss of license for 2 years!. Second offense!.!.!.!.$5000 fine/ loss of license for 10 years!. Third offense!.!.!.!.$10000 fine/loss of license for life!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
There have been laws in place already for distractive driving habits!. It was dumb of Cali to do the same thing Arizona did in the first place!. Most laws for drivers are that of common sense!.!. which not many people have and cannot be enforced!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Its the same way here in North Carolina!. I think that its a pretty good idea, but I believe that it should be extended over all age groups!. You wouldn't believe how stupid some people get when they talk on a cell phone behind the wheel of a car!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It's not right!. Age should have nothing to do with it!. I was involved in an accident because a dumbass was on the phone and did'nt even slow down for a yield sign!. The law should apply to all agesWww@Enter-QA@Com
