I believe the government has been wiretapping since at least the 1980's and possibility a lot longer!. However, Bush's ruling on wiretapping just means that they would be doing it a whole lot more now!. Bush is idiot and every time he opens his uneducated mouth he not only makes himself look like an even bigger dipsh*t than what was first thought but he also makes all America look just as foolish!. Bush is just pissed because the entire world is laughing at him and he is trying to regain control by legalizing wiretapping!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I think right now, he kinda *gets it* that he's unofficially screwed, so everything he does is *now* going to be even more spiteful and idiotic than usual!. Meaning he's *trying* to do stupid things now, just to make the next guy's job harder!.
The legal system *is* pretty much FUBAR anyway though!.!.!.!.huge companies get ALL the breaks and ordinary citizens get none!. Really!. He's already flushed all fairness out of that one!.!.!.
