Question: Do you take good care of yourself!?
inside and outside!?!?!? i try to and i think it shows!. my diet could be better but i exercise so it's ok i guess!. i shower daily and apply make-up and look well groomed so i'm told!.!. how about you!?!?!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

I never used to eat well, but now I've changed my diet radically and my skin looks great!. So that's a plus LOL!.
I have long hair!.!. So, I'm always using products on it and styling it!.!.!. I don't wear much make-up though!.!. Just moisturiser and a little eye make-up!.
Wash daily!.!.!. check!. lol But, I thought everyone did that!?!? :S
Never ever ever let dirt get or stay under your nails!.!. It's so gross!. Seeing people with dirty nails makes me feel sick lol!.
That's all!.!. I think LOL Although!.!. I have the odd day (usually Sunday) where I just tie back my hair and don't bother with make-up and lie in bed til midday lol And don't go out and lay around the house all day!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but you need to at my age lol! I am fit exercise three or four times a week, don't do scruffy, dress to please myself, pamper myself with treats, massage, manicures, facials!. Do eat healthily enough but a bit naughty now and again!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
