use water coolers put bricks of ice into the water
close all the rooms and windows of that room
on the cooler after 10 minutes visit u'r room see the magic
if u want a pleasure atmosphere along with coolness

Close your windows before the sun gets up, so that the heat doesn't get inside!. Usually a warm shower will make you feel better because of the difference of the temperature in your room and the one of the water!. Another advice would be to drink cold water or other cold drinks!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
