All depends on the humidity!.
I used to live by NYC, and 93 there with an equivalent relative humidity was almost intolerable!. Riding the subway was like being trapped in a sauna with Louie Anderson and Rosie O'Donnel!. However, I also used to vacation in Phoenix AZ in the last week in August, where it would hit 116!. But the lack of humidity made being outside much more pleasant!.
I perfer it hotter to cooler anyway (hence, the name!.!.!.)!. If it dips below 80, I feel cool!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
