I once went to my neighbour and complained for 5 minutes straight about her dog barking at 4 in the morning!.!.!.she just stood up there!.!.silent!.

Complain to them, complain to ur housing authority, phone the police, or the environmental health board, they will come out and measure the volume with there special machines, iv had to do this on several occasions!. If they are indeed violating the OK level of noise they get warned, then fined if they dint turn it down in a certain amount of time!

not here, dear, it seems the Americans are much more private than us, nobody bothers me with anything, not even with a chat over the fence of my yard!. But I remember my idiotic neighbor back home!.!.!. a teen guy living across the street from me who used to listen to loud rap music all day long, especially in those moments when I was writing!. He's in one of my books, that's how obsessed I was with him!. What's even more crazy is that, the day my cousin and I went to a gun shop (my cousin hunts sometimes), all I could think was!.!.!. what type of gun would help me!.!.!. get rid of my neighbor!I even imagined myself shooting him from my window if he got on his veranda (he used to get on his veranda and dance in public, oh yeah!.!.!.!!!)!

i used to, if you contact the council they'll issue a warning telling them to keep the noise down, if they dont, they'll place a recording device in your house, and you record the noise whenever they make noise, and keep a diary of how frequent it is for about a week, and then the coucil will take further action to stop itWww@Enter-QA@Com

The building I live in is so constructed that we don't hear much of what's happening in my neighbour's house!. Even so if I happen to get a whiff of a melody being played in the distance, I find it very appealing!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

no, but they probably felt that way about me a few times!. cause its summer and i leave my windows open!. and i play guitar, and i usually pop in my led zeppelin or ramones cd's into my cd player and crank it up and i play along!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
