Dammit I would have to say Smoking, it's so hard to stop!. Hopefully within the next few months I will stop!. I hear this pill called Chantix or something like that really works!. So guess what I will be getting me some!. Wish me luckWww@Enter-QA@Com

Well, it really hard to say for me!.!.!.

Your body eventually becomes dependent on the nicotine!.!.!.making it harder to quit!.!.!.and withdrawl can be hard, causing some people to go back to it!.

Loosing weight on the other hand, you may not get an addiction to the food chemically, but mentally is a whole different story!.!.!.your mind actually starts to crave the food again once you stop eating it, and you eating it again makes you body feel good, making you want more of it!. (i!.e!. McDonalds) People who eat large amounts of sugar, if suddenly stop, can actually develop an illness for a little while and may actually break out due to the lack of sugar in their system!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I've never smoked but i think quitting smoking is definitly harder to do!. Its an addiction and its killing you!. The thing about weight is once you see it come off, you wanna keep it off and so you eat healthier and exercise more to see a better improvement!. But when you stop smoking for a bit your body just craves it more, so i think thats harder!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

If one stops smoking it takes a good year to lose the weight and as the weight comes orr it is very hard to keep it off without the urge of smoking so they are both equally difficult to do!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

stop smoking for sure!. everyone acts like loosing weight is the hardest thing in the world, but honestly if you just don't eat 10 big meals a day, and you excersize regularily, you'll lose weightWww@Enter-QA@Com
