What's your ethnicity and do you think you can get a job easy with that?!

Although I am not racist, I have seen the difficulty a white guy can have to get a job in this city!. That's why I'm moving!. No work for a middle class, middle aged white guy!. Even fast food places won't even call me back!. With an Irish name, no one will even look at my resume any more!. So I'm moving to the coast!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I have never thought about it!. I am biracial!. My mom was white, and from Finland and my dad is black, from Jamaica!. I have never had a problem finding a job but then I have the skills, education, experience, and awesome references so that helps!.!.!.!.and is far more important when it comes to finding jobs than your race should ever be!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I hire people on a daily basis and I screen by application only!. Then I set up several interviews at a time with several candidates!. I tell them on the phone to come prepared to talk to me about why I should hire them based on what I need in the person I'm hiring!. If I need a person who can research denied insurance claims, I tell them to come ready to tell me their experience with that very thing!. I wouldn't care if they are green with red spots and purple horns, if they can keep insurance claims paid and idiots who won't pay for services rendered, they're the one I hire!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
