i live in a ground floor flat and i can hear my upstairs neighbour going to the toilet, gross!. he also gets up about 11pm when im going to bed and he turns his tv on loud cos he is half deaf!.I hate it sometimesWww@Enter-QA@Com
We only have one neighbour where we are, fortunately, or unfortunately and they're actually not too bad!. Its only weekends when they do their garden til god knows when, that they're noisy and annoying!. During the week, they're not too bad fortunately!.!. Its probably us with our occasional parties that are more annoying!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i live in flats and on my floor there are 2 other flats, from one side we get really loud rubbish music and on the other side we hear arguments constantly! you can even hear them taking a pee! its awful!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
Yeah ,they are they start drilling [dont ask me why] and sanding at 7am everyday till about 9pm!.also they have a dog which my dog hates and they end up barking at one another [which is hell]
