Actually, some of the questions are insightful, some are amusing!.!.!.but for me, it's disheartening to see how many youngsters come to YA to get homework answers, when MANY of those questions could be answered by Googling the question, or going to 'howstuffworks!.com' etc!.
The other thing that is disturbing is the poor spelling, the bad grammar, the use of 'textese' instead of good English!.!.!.it makes me wonder how they're ever going to get a job if they can't form coherent sentences, that they don't know the difference between you/you're, then/than, to/too, there/they're, et cetera!.
It makes me think that young people are not learning how to read, not learning how to do basic research, not learning how to look at various angles of a given situation, that Logic is not a school subject!.!.!.I could go on and on, but that is the crux of it!.
I have great hopes for the younger generations, but I know that my parents and grandparents probably had their own doubts about my generation's choice of music, haircuts, role models, entertainment, etc!., and that their way of thinking has rubbed off on me!. So here's the challenge: allay my fears, surpass us in scientific and cultural achievements; banish war and poverty, save our planet, because WE have done a miserable job so far!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
