I would get rid of the censorship and only allow questions/answers to be deleted/reported if it is spam!. I am so tired of these sensitive people who can't take an insult or can't handle the truth!. People need to toughen up!.

I'd take the number of Best Answers and total points into account before "suspending" a user's Answers privileges, not just the total "violation" complaints for the history of the account (which seems to be their practice)!.
I'd also let searches for previous questions be sorted on whether they were open or resolved and how old they were!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
