If the beer provided oxygen for the fish then it probably would live, but wouldn't get drunk!. Their gills sift out everything but their vital nutrients to protect them!.
If the fish decided to suddenly inhale the water through its' mouth instead, it would get drunk but O!.D!. most likely and die!.!.!.Point is, don't do it unless you want a fish called, "Belly-up Bob"
