Question: Eyeliner question!?
When you put eyeliner on the bottom does it go above or below the eyelashes!. I'm an idiot!. People tell you, you have to put it as close to the eyelashes as possible, but I don't even know which side of the eyelashes to do that on!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It goes above!. There is a little tiny flap of skin right above you eyelashes!. You put the eyeliner there!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
If you put it above the eyelashes, it won't stay on well!. If you put it too far below, then it just plain looks weird!. I always put eyeliner right on the lashline, or as close as I can get to it!. That's what works the best!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I don't put it on the inside of my eye above my lashes because it runs off and leaves crusty thing in the corner of your eyeWww@Enter-QA@Com
