I believe that it is a kind of prejudice to judge a person merely by a number, the number of years old that they are!.
Senator Obama seems to be taking advice from former cabinet members and military leaders!. So his personality and his ability to be a leader, yet take advice, gives him a social intelligence and the benefit of many people with much experience!. He doesn't have to have to be a know-it-all and have his own experience!. He listens to his advisors and they can give him their experience!.
Senator McCain is older and has more life's experiences, yet he is not necessarily too old to do the job nor better qualified because of his experiences!.
Senator Obama and Senator McCain have different philosophies when it comes to health-care, and the war in Iraq and this is what really matters is the issues!.
The US will fight if the cause is just for Liberty and Justice for all, even for people of other nations!. But we are also first in peace if the peace is just!. Senator Obama plans to raise the US Presidential Flag -- not the white flag in Iraq as is Senator McCain's contention!. If you look at the Presidential Flag, it is not white!. It is "true blue" and it has symbols of peace and war!. The olive branches symbolize peace and the arrows symbolize war!.

Since Al Quaida is now in Pakistan and Afghanistan, and we need to turn Iraq over to the Iraqis, we need more troops in Afghanistan and fewer in Iraq because we need to be where the enemy, Al Quaida has retreated from Afghanistan to Pakistan to regroup there!. If you look at the world map, and watch the news, the Taliban are trying to have bases in Pakistan and come over the border to fight our troops in Afghanistan!. Pakistan borders Afghanistan that's where our troops are needed most!.
Senator McCain's judgment is impaired -- not by his age -- but by his 5-year captivity in North-Vietnam!. He says that he'll never "raise the white flag in Iraq"!. He needs to accept the logic that we went into Afghanistan to fight the Taliban and to fight Al Quaida and we were right!. That's where the terrorists were!.
We went into Iraq primarily because we thought that they were on the verge of creating nuclear weapons!. And secondarily, to depose Saddam Hussein because he was an evil leader!. The mission has been accomplished more in Iraq than in Afghanistan!. Being in Iraq only provokes terrorists from Syria, and Iran etc!. because they don't want us in their "backyard"!.
