ive been known to do all of those
but mostly nowadays, i try to get it out, with some loud music, some tears, and sobs, talking incessantly to maybe find some answers as well as vent and then trying to simply get over it and try to do soemthing with the answers i foundWww@Enter-QA@Com

I generally try to take a deep breath, remain calm, and say something that would help the situation!. I never say hateful things because if someone did that to me!.!.!. I'd flip! :-)!. I'll still try to take a deep breath and remain calm but!.!.!. no promises!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

All of the above!. I only pretend that they haven't got to be if I am really really angry!. People close to me know if I act like nothing is wrong to head for the hills and take cover !Www@Enter-QA@Com
Yell and sometimes curse!. I have to let it out, if you keep things bottled up inside it can drive you nuts, so for me I release that s**t!. LmaoWww@Enter-QA@Com
