i had an incident w/ a bus driver today that was just ridiculous!. i left my disability card home and had a discount day pass and all the bus drivers let me use it until i got on the last bus of the day and even after i paid the full fare the woman was being down right nasty b/c she was listening to my conversation i was having w/my husband!. so do you think that people in customer service her so frustrated that they sometimes take it out on customers!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
