loose doesn't have a past tense because it is not a verb!. to indicate that it is past tense, you can say something "was loose"!.

another form of loose, loosen (as in "loosen your belt to make it less tight" ) is a verb, and the past tense would be loosened (as in "i loosened my belt")Www@Enter-QA@Com
